I am a researcher operating at the interface between chemical biology and synthetic biology to understand how Nature biosynthesizes complex and medicinally-valuable natural products, with the ultimate goal of leveraging this knowledge to identify novel natural products and harness enzymology/synthetic biology to enhance their therapeutic properties.
